Product Customization – Showcase Wall Package

The Showcase Wall Package takes your event tent presence to the next level. Unlike basic tent setups, this package turns your canopy into a full visual display on nearly every surface. You receive:

• 1 x Full Roof Print – top surface printed edge to edge.

• 1 x Single Side Print Full Wall – one wall printed on the outside only.

• 2 x Both Sides of the Wall – two walls printed on both interior and exterior sides.

That means five total printed surfaces: the roof, four walls, with two of those walls carrying double sided artwork. This package is built for high traffic areas where people walk around all sides of your tent.

1. Oxford Fabric Density

You choose the cloth weight based on expected weather and frequency of use.

300d – Lightweight Oxford. Best for indoor trade shows or one day outdoor events. Easy to carry. Lower cost.

420d – Medium weight. Most balanced option. Resists light rain and UV fading. Great for weekend markets and college events.

800d – Heavy duty. Thicker weave. Holds prints sharply. Recommended for monthly rentals or commercial exhibitors.

1080d – Industrial grade. Almost canvas like stiffness. Wind and tear resistant. Used for construction site booths or long term outdoor displays.

All fabric options include water repellent coating and flame retardant treatment meeting standard safety codes.

2. Available Sizes

8’ x 8’ – Small footprint. Works for sidewalk sales or indoor kiosks. Fits tight spaces.

10’ x 10’ – Standard trade show size. Most common for exhibitors. Easy to transport in one bag.

10’ x 15’ – Extra depth. Good for product demos with seating area.

10’ x 20’ – Double booth length. Suitable for food sampling or small stages.

13’ x 13’ – Square format with high headroom. Comfortable for hospitality or registration desks.

13’ x 20’ – Large activation size. Can fit multiple tables and displays.

13’ x 26’ – Oversized tent. Used for VIP areas, press lounges, or large retail pop ups.

3. Print Surface Details

Full roof print – Your logo or pattern covers the entire top. Visible from outside the tent and from above if placed on a mezzanine or second floor. Inks are UV resistant to prevent fading after weeks of sun exposure.

Single side print full wall – One panel printed on the outside only. Use this wall as your main entrance backdrop or brand statement.

Both sides of the wall (two walls included) – Each of these two walls has printing on the outside facing the crowd and also on the inside facing your staff or products. This is ideal for tents placed in the middle of aisles where people walk past both sides. One wall can show a product image outside and pricing details inside. The other wall can show a brand logo outside and a QR code or call to action inside.

4. Frame and Hardware

Frame material – Powder coated steel (standard, heavier but stable) or aluminum (lightweight upgrade for easier carrying).

Assembly – Snap button or push pin connectors. No tools needed for most sizes.

Carry bag – Heavy duty nylon bag with wheels optional. Padded bags available for aluminum frames.

Anchoring – Ground stakes included for grass. Sandbag loops built into each leg. Optional 20 lb weight bags sold separately.

5. Wall Attachment System

All printed walls attach with full length hook and loop tape along the roof edge. Side poles keep walls taut. Bottom edge has grommets every two feet for staking or tying down in wind. Reinforced corners prevent tearing at high stress points.

6. Double Sided Print Quality

For the two both sides walls, artwork can be different on each side. Example: outside shows “Visit Our Booth” and inside shows “Scan for Discount.” We provide two separate proofs per wall. Minimum resolution 150 dpi at final print size. Recommended 300 dpi for sharp text.

2. Prepare artwork: roof design, one single side wall design, and two double sided wall designs (four total wall art files).

3. Receive digital proof within 3 business days.

4. Approve proof. Production takes 12 to 18 business days.

5. Tent ships folded inside carry bag. Walls roll separately.

Care Instructions

Oxford cloth printed tents can be hand washed with mild soap and cold water. Do not use bleach or solvent cleaners. Air dry fully before packing. Store in dry indoor space. Prints last up to four years with proper storage.
